Policies: READ BEFORE BOOKING

The booking fees for any services or classes are non-refundable. Deposits are also nontransferable between artists, studio locations or services. NO EXCEPTIONS.

In the case of a same-day cancellation or a no call/no show, your booking fee will be forfeited and your card will be charged 50% of the service.

IN SUBMISSION TO BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT, THE RATE YOU PAY IN THAT PARTICULAR TIMEFRAME WILL BE SET IN STONE. FOR ANY FUTURE ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS, SPECIALS, OR DISCOUNTS WILL NOT BE APPLIED. If you choose to cancel your appointment to take advantage of the current offer, you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay a new booking fee at the promotional rate.

If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be cancelled and you will lose your booking deposit. This is also considered a same day cancellation and you will be charged a 50% service fee.

If you bring children or pets in the studio you will be asked to reschedule your appointment for another date. This will also fall under our same day cancellation policy.

If you'd like to reschedule your appointment for another date after paying your booking fee, we require a 48 hour notice to reschedule your appointment without losing your booking deposit.

We will allow you to reschedule your appointment 3 times, after that you will lose your booking fee.

No call no shows will not be permitted to book with us again unless services are paid in full and cancellation fees are paid.
